Sign up for a KiwiBuild account. Then you can log in to the secure KiwiBuild portal, complete the form and upload your signed documents.
Can I get a First Home loan, First Home grant or make an early KiwiSaver withdrawal?
First Home Loans
First Home Loans are issued by selected banks and other lenders, and underwritten by the Government. All KiwiBuild homes at Waimana Rise meet the house price cap for a First Home Loan. First Home Grants
If you're a first-time home buyer, or a previous home owner and you've been making regular KiwiSaver contributions for 3 - 5 years, you may be eligible for a First Home Grant of up to $10,000. You can get $2,000 for each of the 3 (or more) years you've paid into the scheme. KiwiSaver first-home withdrawal
If you have been a member of KiwiSaver for at least three years, you may be able to withdraw all, or part, of your savings to put towards buying your first home. At least $1,000 must remain in your KiwiSaver account. You can contact your KiwiSaver provider to apply (our Agents and Brokers can assist you with this).
